Eating in Dijon

Like other cities in France, Dijon produces some of the best wines in the world. The most famous vineyards are Vosne-Romanée and Gevrey-Chambertin. The city is completely surrounded by villages, rivers, churches, historical museums and vineyards.

Despite the fact that almost all the mustard is imported from Canada, Dijon is still very famous for its mustard, which is industrially produced here and has many flavours.
