The Twentieth centuryParis had become the artistic center of Europe in the 19th century and the school of Paris continued as a model for inspiration in the 20th century. Following the elements used in Impressionism and Post-Impressionism in the early years of the twentieth century the colour and content were also used. The twenthieth century art style recopilated some other techniques from the art of Africa, the innovations of postimpressionism, and had the influence of Cézanne, famous artists as Picasso and Braque created the cubism. In sculpture two artists were recognized for their work: Aristide Maillol and the Romanian Constanin Brancusi, they work in Paris and their style influenced the twentieth century sculpture. Other major sculptures as: Charles Despiau, Henri Laurens, and Raymond Duchamp-Villon had also great works of art. Graffiti was incoporated by Ben Vautier, artist of the Flixux movement. Niki de Saint-Phalle created bloated and vibrant plastic figures. César Baldaccini produced a series of large compressed object-scuptures and Arman gathered together found objects in boxed or resin-coated assemblages.
