Despite the fact that half of Paris was ready to clobber Eiffel for designing it and getting the city to approve having it plonked down next to the Seine for the World's Fair 1898 the eiffel tower won the hearts of millions around the world. It is now the symbol of the planet's most visited city and it is awesome to stand next to it.

Notre Dame Cathedral is located on the eastern part of the Île de la Cité in Paris. It's of Gothic style and is considered the finest example of this kind of architecture. It is one of the most visited attractions in this city and is still used as a Roman Catholic cathedral.

Place des Vosges
This square is in the old district Le Marais, between the Place de la Bastille and the Centre Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg). Here it is possible to visit Victor Hugo's house, enjoy the spring sun or enjoy reading a book in the summer. The square was created by Henri IV in 1605.

If you get to the tallest point of this Basilica you'll have an amazing view of the city of Paris. It is also known as the "Basilica of the Sacred Heart". It is a Roman Catholic basilica and a popular landmark in Paris.
