In January:

« In January first, La Grand Parade - celebrating the new year's day.
« The first week of January, Fête des Rois (Epiphany)

In February:

« Chinese New Year, is celebrated in the 13th arrondissement.

In March:

« Festival Exit, cotemporary art and theatre.
« Printemps des Rues, at the end of March.
« Banlieues Bleus, international jazz festival, takes place in the towns of Seine-Saint-Denis.
« Festival de Films des Femmes or women's film festival.
« Festival du Film de Paris.
« Foire de Paris, a fair all about food and wine.

In April:

« Marathon de Paris, a race tournament.
« Foire du Trone, fun-fair attractions.
« Poisson d'Avril or April Fools' Day

In May:

« May first, Fête du Travail, festivities around la Bastille.
« Jazz festival, jazz concerts in the Parc Floral

In June:

« Festival Agora, a festival of contemporary dance, theater and music organized by the Pompidou Centre.
« Festival de St-Denis, classical music concerts at the St-Denis basilica.
« On June 21, Fête de la Musique, free music concerts.
« Feux de la Saint-Jean, there is a celebration for St-Jean's Day at the Parc de la Villette.
« On June 24, the Gay Pride Parade.
« Foire St-Germain, poetry exhibitions and music concerts.
« Villette Jazz Festival, at the park and Grande Halle at la Villette.
« Festival du Chopin à Paris, piano concerts in the Orangerie de Bagatelle.

In July:

« Tour de France Cyclistes, the most difficult tournament for cycling professionals, which ends three or four weeks later in the avenue des champs-Élysées.
« In the first week of July, La Goutte d'Or en Fête a music festival of reggae and rap.
« On July 14, the Bastille Day conmemorating the storming of the Bastille with bands and dance.
« Paris Quartier d'Été, dance, cinema and theater events.

In September:

« Fête de l'Humanité, music, food and drink from different places and a cheap price.
« Journées du Patrimoine, for two days people can visit important buildings like the Palais de l'Élysée, embassies and ministries that usually are not open for visitors.
« Techno Parade, a big parade from Place de la République to Pelouse de Reuilly
« Festival d'Automne, a theatre and musical festival with visitors and participants from America, Japan and Europe.

In October:

« Nouveau Festival International de Danse de Paris, dance events at the Theatre du Châtelet.
« Nuit Blanche, a hole night of music, video and contemporary creations.
« Fête des Vendanges, is a grape festival that takes place in the Montmartre vineyard, on the first or second Saturday in October.
« Foire Internationale d'Art Contemporain (FIAC), a fair of contemporary art in the Porte de Versailles

In November:

« November first is the All Saints’ Day, when the living honour their dead.
« Festival FNAC-Inrockuptibles, a rock festival featuring new names in venues across town.
« Lancement des Illuminations des Champs-Élysées, turning on the Lights for Christmas time on the Champs-Élysées.
« Fête du Beaujolais Nouveau, celebrated the third Thursday of the month time to drink the new wine.
« Mois de la Photo, a lot of photography exhibitions of different sizes all around the town, organized by the Maison Européenne de la Photographie.

In December:

«  Le Nouvel An or New Year's Eve, on December 31, with fireworks, drinking and kissing celebration, on the Champs-Élysées. Parc de la Villette
