- 225g/8oz Black Olives, coarsely chopped
- 50g/2oz Capers, drained and rinsed
- 2 Garlic Cloves, roughly chopped
- 1 teasp fresh Lemon Juice
- 120ml/4fl.oz. Olive Oil
- 50g/2oz Anchovy Fillets in their oil
- Black Pepper
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process to a smooth paste.
Used as a topping for toast and serve as an appetiser or as an ingredient in recipes or as a condiment.
